This listing is updated regularly. We have plenty of prospective tenants to select to get you the optimum rental return on your investment. We have an experienced Property Management department offering prompt and efficient service. When we list a new management we make sure we know "EVERYTHING" about it and have the most extensive property descriptions without missing a fact, speeding up re-letting potential.

We will pay all your maintenance accounts if desired and handle all your insurance matters. We have a team of trusted tradesmen at competitive rates. We constantly monitor all repairs and keep in close contact with our landlords regarding any major issues. We prepare detailed Condition Reports to entering into a Tenancy Agreement. This becomes the "bench mark" for the new tenant. Our condition reports are done using state of the art technology Palm Pilot. This allows for greater attention to detail. In addition to this we also take photos at the commencement of each tenancy for visual evidence. We also supply new tenants with an information sheet of handy hints, special conditions applicable and alterations to owners' corporation by-laws.

All properties are inspected on a regular basis. Following each inspection we will send you a written report detailing the condition of the property, and preventative maintenance suggestions and rental review recommendations. Photos will be taken of any problem areas and submitted to you for review.
