John Greig Real Estate Pty Ltd is an incorporated company under the NSW Companies Act. Trading as John Greig Real Estate, this office is independently owned and operated.
John Greig started in the Real Estate industry in 1969 with C.J.Monro Real Estate of Cronulla, who was the agent appointed to sell the original lots of Sylvania Waters. Upon completion of the project John was asked if he would establish an agency in the area to service the new and growing community. John and Vickie Greig opened John Greig Real Estate in 1972 and still maintain their passion for the real estate industry.
Times have changed and John Greig Real Estate has been synonymous with being at the cutting edge of the Real Estate industry not only locally but globally.
John Greig Real Estate has won numerous awards over the years including Best Practice's Australasian estate agency practice's most prestigious award.
The Best Practice award is presented to an agency principal whose career has been distinguished by:
- The conduct of an estate agency business that is consistently successful in terms of market share, operating surplus and capital value.
- A commitment to the long term interests of the business's employees.

John is held in the highest esteem by his colleagues, having assumed leadership roles as President of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and Australia, as well as Chair to many government advisory boards. He is only the second Australian Past World President of the World Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).
Due to John's dedication and success in the industry he now has the following awards named in his Honour.

John Greig Real Estate is the longest established agent in the area. There are many others who have come and gone over the years but no-one has our depth, knowledge and historical records of the Shire and surrounds.
